Krishna has a Ph.D. from the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, India. His doctoral work primarily focused on designing a simple defluoridation technique by employing locally available materials without compromising efficacy. He has also explored the environmental application of various agricultural feedstocks. Currently, he is working on the area related to pollution prevention and nutrient recovery.
