    Join the Biorenewables Research Laboratory (BRL) team on Friday, March 23 from 4:00-6:00pm in the Sukup Atrium for an art reception. The BRL collaborated with several local Ames artisans to produce new artwork for the BRL entry way. Local artisans include:

    Each of the artists will be at the reception and speak about their artworks.

    Ryan Clark received BS and MS degrees in geology from the University of Iowa after spending 5.5 years doing environmental consulting for Terracon in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He joined the Iowa Geological Survey in 2012 as a Bedrock Geologist primarily focused on geologic mapping, well logging, critical mineral research, carbon sequestration and public engagement.
