2009 George Washington Carver Prize for Outstanding Student Achievement in Biorenewables

We are happy to announce that the Bioeconomy Institute and the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) have created the $4000 George Washington Carver Prize for Outstanding Student Achievement in Biorenewables, to recognize the research contributions of a student in the BRT graduate program.
 
Any BEI affiliated faculty members can consider nominating any student who has made notable achievements in biorenewables and who has been officially enrolled in the BRT graduate program for a minimum of two semesters. Nomination guidelines are listed below. The award recipient will be recognized at the BIO World Congress in Montreal (June 2009) and the 2009 Growing the Bioeconomy Conference at Iowa State University (December 2009).
