Application Process

While the program is primarily aimed at graduate students, rising undergraduate seniors with strong academic credentials are also encouraged to apply and will be given serious consideration.

The online application shall include the following:

  • Letter of interest (250 words)
  • Letter of support from a faculty member of industrial professional
  • Transcipt
  • Poster Abstract (200 words or less)

The application period has closed for the 2009 Intensive Program in Biorenewables.

Online Application TIPS:

  • Please do select 'Iowa State University' as your institution and proceed to the next page.
  • This will ask basic name/date of birth/email address information and again ask you to check under Partner Institution, that you are a 'student at Iowa State University'.
  • Even though you do not attend ISU, this more relates to the fact that you will attend Iowa State for the program in June.
